• 含义：yaml 和 json 两种格式间的数据转换
• 请求类型：post
• 所传参数：

  参数名	参数类型	备注
  content	file / string	当前所传递的内容类型

💡 想要获取哪种数据，to 就传入什么，目前可选：yaml, json。
